Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Shipping is currently FREE and included in your purchase prince unit June 2021.

After June we will charge a flat rate of $95 for the delivery of a single unframed artwork in a tube. Each additional work purchased incurs $20 handling. Delivery includes insurance.

SHIPPING TIMING

All works are delivered using the Pack and Send service. Editions are usually dispatched from the showroom within 10-14 days business days. We will contact you if we anticipate any delivery or protracted delay. Delays would only occur where editions need signing or reprinting.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Set rates are for postage in a tube, plus an additional 50% for each additional work. Delivery includes insurance up to $2000.

This excludes oversize works where freight is calculated upon destination. Please email us for a quote admin@muusecollection.com

Any additional charges for overseas purchases, such as import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the delivery fee or print price and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct and as much information is provided. Your delivery will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is home or provide an alternate address where someone can accept your delivery within business hours. PO Boxes are not recommended as a delivery destination.
